Our Love
Story
Fate would have it that our love was a love that was meant to be... it is a love that has grown to be so strong, a love that has grown into a family and a love that continues to grow stronger and stronger everyday.
It was a match made in heaven but it wasn't love at first sight.
Rewind back to October 2015, their first date, for those who don't know, they were set up through work. Peter the electrician and Sam the interior designer. While Sam thought Peter was gorgeous and funny, she saw him as more of a friend and she didn't need any more friends so they went their separate ways, much to the dismay of Sam's whole office who were determined he was "the one" for her and they weren't wrong, she just didn't know it yet.
Roll into summer later that year and as fate would have it Sam and Peter kept bumping into each other at numerous events, a friendship was formed when Peter insisted he needed to be in Sam's life, fast forward a year later and that friendship turned into true love, fast forward four years later and that love turned into a family and now here we are.
Sam and Peter truly believe that forming a relationship from their friendship was what has made their relationship so special, they truly got to know and understand each other outside of a relationship and they still to this day love spending time together just as best friends do.
Getting There
By Car
Drive 3 hours from Perth Airport
if you are flying over to celebrate
our special day with us, we highly recommend hiring a car to make
the journey.
On The Day
Bus transportation will be provided to and from Smiths Beach Resort & Caves House Hotel on the day of the wedding.
If you are travelling outside of Smiths Beach Resort or Caves House Hotel then we highly recommend pre-booking a taxi through Dunsborough Taxis, transportation is very limited in the south west and as it is peak wedding season we suggest pre-booking as soon as possible.
For those who prefer to drive ample parking is available at the venue.

RSVP
We kindly ask you to please RSVP by 21st November, 2024. If you RSVP 'attending' and then are subsequently no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
DRESS CODE
Black tie | formal, we would love for our guests to get dressed up to celebrate our special day. Light and bright colours are encouraged.
CHILDREN
To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we have chosen to make our wedding day an adults only event.
Exceptions will of course be made for little babies who need to be close to their mums. Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions regarding this.
TRANSPORT
Bus transportation will be provided to and from Smiths Beach Resort & Caves House Hotel on the day of the wedding. Guests travelling outside of Smiths Beach Resort or Caves House Hotel will need to pre-book a taxi through Dunsborough Taxis. Transportation is very limited in the south west so we encourage guests to do this sooner rather than later.
